Trade order positions not showing

I have a chart where I have Show Orders & Positions is ticked but when I place a trade it does not appear on the chart? I have tried several times ticking and unticking the option and nothing happens?

That's great thank you, I hadn't switched this chart trade window across to my new trading account, instead it was still looking at an old one I no longer used. Thanks a lot
