Hello, When I go to https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Indices&ID=index#INDEX, it says that $MTTW is a symbol under index for historical data and real-time data feeds. I have real time data through SC, but when I change the chart type to historical and type in this symbol it says that: Download Failed Error downloading historical Daily chart User is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols When I try MTTW it says: Invalid symbol I get the same error when I try for $PCSX go to: Chart settings > Symbol > Select> INDEXES-OTHER> $PCSX for the put call ratio Is there a different feed I need to sign up for to get these 2 symbols? $MTTW and $PCSX or is there something I am doing wrong to access them? Thank you for your help |
