Hi, whenever I try to go onto chart replay the data for my charts never loads I'm not sure what the problem is I have sierra package 11 and live data feed set up

How are you starting the replay? Are you scrolling back to a certain point in the chart, or are you using the "Use Start Date-Time" option? If using the "Use Start Date-Time" option, are you setting the start date and time to a point prior to where you have data in your chart? Also, are the bars not replaying, or is it just Market Depth or something else that is not working as you expected, if so, what is it? I am using the "Use start date-time" option and have only just got live data. Would that mean I can only replay until the days which I have gotten the live market data? The bars are the problem. Thank you.

The first thing to keep in mind is that the replay is only going to work for the bars that are present in the chart. You can not start a replay earlier than the bars that are present. If you want to go back further, then you will first need to load the data going back as far as you want the replay, then you can start the replay from that point. With this in mind, let us know if you still have an issue, and if so how far back you have the data in your chart and when you are starting the replay.
