Trading DOM flatten and reverse functions do not work. (IBKR -> Sierra Chart Connection)

Hi, I have successfully connected IBKR's paper account to Sierra Chart. I can place orders from the trading DOM perfectly fine, as they do show up on my IBKR paper account and start accumulating unrealized profit/loss. However, it seems like the flatten and reverse functions on the trading DOM do not work for whatever reason. Currently if I want to flatten the positions, I need to do it via the "Trade Positions" window. But the downside of that is it asks for confirmation every time, which makes things super slow. Also, there is no reverse function on the Trade Positions window...

We wonder if this is somehow related to the fact that it is a "paper" account and not a live account. Please try the Flatten button again and after you do so, check your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if states anything in there as to why the "Flatten" is not working. Ah okay, thanks! I'll try that with the live account later, as I'm still moving the funds around. Will come back to this thread in a few days!

If the chart you are trading from does not show the position, then this would be the issue.
