Hi I don’t require access to VXF23_FUT_CFE or $VIX (CBOE) anymore. I am being charged an extra $30.25 per month for these services under ‘Exchange Data Feed Features and Exchanges Monthly Cost’. How do I cancel them? |

We have set the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the CBOE Indices exchange to not renew. You will still have access to the data through the end of the month, but you will not be charged again for them next month.
