Rejecting Limit orders

Hello, Hate to be a bother, but I cannot figure this out. I have been using Sierra for a couple weeks now, and generally use either Market or Stop orders to enter positions. Those are both working fine, I use my Dom, right click on a price, the order sits there and then fills as it should when price gets to it. The problem I am running into is Limit orders. In the trade window attached to this DOM, I select Qty 1. "Limit" Then right click on my Dom as I always have to place the Limit buy order below current price. Sierra rejects the order. I can see that just before it rejects it, the marker on the DOM when I place the order says "Stop". If I then go above price and do the same, but try to place a buy limit order, which should be rejected. it works, and sets it as a stop. Why is it setting stop orders when I have limit orders selected in the trade window? For giggles I selected stop from the drop down instead of limit and it behaves the same way. Rithmic Direct - DTC (Order reject). New order rejected by server. Internal Order ID: 931. Service Order ID: 257412336. Symbol: ESM3.CME. If you select Limit order in the Trade Window, you also have to set the price, etc. and then use the Buy/Sell buttons in the Trade Window to place the order. If you want to trade from the DOM, you need to configure order preferences and mouse buttons on the DOM under: Trade > Chart DOM Settings |

The rejection came from Rithmic not Sierra Chart. And the rejection is nondescriptive.
