The trade replicator in Sierra Chart is a great standard addition to the platform. Thank you for including that feature. I've been using it for a while and have some suggestions that could improve usability and reduce trade errors associated with the feature. 1) Chart Linking Currently, I trade off of multiple charts and use the chart linking feature with the "Trade Window" set to Yes. This ensures that I'm using the same management strategy and order size on any chart I'm on at the moment. However, I've noticed that even with this selected, the replicator settings are not linked from one chart's trade window to another. This has resulted in fairly catastrophic issues for me by putting me into positions I'm intending to close because I exit or manage a position from a different chart than how I entered. I'm finding that I have to go into every trade window in my chartbook and manually sync the replicator settings. It would be great if the linking feature passed to the replicator settings as well and would eliminate a good number of inadvertent orders when working from multiple charts. 2) Custom Buttons and Calls So many features in SC have the ability for you to create buttons and calls from control bars and menu items. I'm surprised that you can't do this with any of the trade replicator settings. At a minimum, I would expect to be able to add a button on a control bar that simply enables or disables "Enable Order Allocation to Trade Accounts". Going beyond that, having a button to open a configuration window for "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" would also be welcome for those of us who rely on this feature heavily. 3) Improved UI in Trade Window I'm not sure what this would necessarily look like, but, having a trade replicator tab in the trade window would be very convenient and likely help reduce errors. So, instead of needing to navigate through multiple menus, an option to have the replicator settings in another Trade Window tab would be awesome. This would give quick access to both configure and enable/disable replicator features. Given the rise in prop firm interest where traders can trade multiple accounts, the replicator feature is a game changer. I'm hoping you guys can make some improvements that help eliminate some of the quirky aspects of how it works today. Thanks a ton. |

1. Yes we can support this. 2. This does exist in recent versions of Sierra Chart: At a minimum, I would expect to be able to add a button on a control bar that simply enables or disables "Enable Order Allocation to Trade Accounts".

To add to this further. It would be great to have something like a "Group Name" for the order allocations. Then have this group name be available in the trade window drop down menu. Then from any trade window you could easily select an individual account or a group of accounts to trade. Example image attached:
