Made payment 72 USD -& have received confirmation payment been received via email. Notice that the data feed only includes data up to 13 April 2023. When will I be able to gain access to up to date information. Also for my understanding if the account indicates that I had upto the 17 April why has the service or information been stopped?

At this time you will only be receiving delayed data on Service Package 5 for data that comes from exchanges and has a monthly fee.

When I look at a chart that I have set up which displays a EURUSD 30 min footprint chart I can see no information within the chart after 2023-4-12 23:30 please see the screenshot for additional details. Normally the information automatically updates

Open a new chart for that symbol EURUSD. Do you then see real-time updates to the current time?
