All the options across the top of my gray menu window (main window that sits behind my charts and up top,) have disappeared and I cannot find out in the support documents how to bring them back to show. For instance my Compact Tools Value Window and other options used to show there. Please advise how to bring them back.

If it really is your main window that is missing the menus, then you would have to reboot your computer, as there is something using up all the resources for your computer. Most likely, however, it is a chart that has had the menu removed. If this is the case, then refer to the following for how to get the menu back (the section in green in particular): Chart Menu: Show Menu (Chart menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I am still having this issue. The first response below was of no help. Perhaps I was not clear what my problem was. All my charts have the proper menu items. My issue is with the main menu window... the big gray window that sits behind all of my charts. Most of the menu items like... "Close Chartbook," or "Show Compact Tool window," or "Tools Value," have disappeared and I would like them back in place. I will include the initial response that I received below that was not helpful. I will also include a screenshot of my main gray chart window that is missing most of my original menu items. It is obvious to me that I am not being clear enough regarding my issue. I am referring to the MAIN GRAY-COLORED LAYOUT that sits behind all of my unattached chart on the desktop of my computer. It contains all of the MENU items and options across the top of it I will try to upload an image of mine. I am missing many of the options to the right of the HELP button such as "Find Symbol," "Open Chartbook," "Close Charbook" "Compact Tools Value"... etc etc. I would like to know how to put them back in place. |

Window -> Control Bars -> Control Bar 1 Control Bar: Window >> Control Bars >> Control Bar [1-12] |

As User907968 points out, the issue is simply that your Control Bars are not being displayed. Select the appropriate control bars as he has stated.
