Hello - While logged in to Sierra, I am getting the error: HTTP error sending order fills. Response: ERROR: Unauthorized IP | HTTP status: Request completed with the HTTP response status code 200

Can you please advise what this error code is/means and how to resolve? I want to ensure that future order placement is not affected.

Thanks, when trying to download the update I am getting this error message for everything it is trying to download: Error: Windows error code 3: The system cannot find the path specified. Any ideas here?
