SC Team - Noticing the following issue in message log(looping and doesn't stop) - Version 2490. Could you please look into this?

PS: I have multiple IPs on my machine - if it matters.

Restarting helped in this case - but would be nice if this is something that you can look into to prevent a restart in the future.

PS: I have ipv6 address as well assigned to my machine if it matters. Multiple IPs (ipv4 & ipv6).

I am experiencing the same problem. I have not changed IP addresses and neither restarting Sierra Charts nor the computer resolved it today. Unable to trade.

You are on a very old release. If you can not (will not) update to a current release, then do the following:

Disable this option:
Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Send Order Fills to SC Web Server.

Exit from Sierra Chart and restart.

In newer versions of Sierra Chart if you restart you should not have this issue. And also this setting does not exist in newer versions:
Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Send Order Fills to SC Web Server.
