Funded amp futures account, denali sc data and still delayed data

Dear, I have a funded AMP futures account, I have cqg routing and have sc denali exchange real time data. I have run through all the procedures which are on the sierrachart website and I have still delayed data. Can you please provide the correct setup ? (data/trade service settings etc) thanks and best regards Jeroen |

Everything about your account looks good. The one thing we want to point out is that you only enabled one exchange for the data, which is the following: - CBOT with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts If you are trying to get data for any other exchange, then you will not be getting the data.
