Hello, I have activated a Sierra Chart subscription for trading stocks, but I only have delayed data. What other data do I need to purchase in addition to what I have already paid for? Thank you, Petr |

The only activated exchange you have is the Full CME Group for Non-Professionals. In order to get the U.S. stock data you need to go through the setup and activate the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchange. Follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* And also read through the notes for this exchange at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes Note that we expect to have the Consolidated Tape for the NASDAQ TotalView data in a week or two. --- Separately, do you want the "Full CME Group for Non-Professionals" exchange? If this was a mistake, then you will want to "Deactivate" that exchange so you are not charged for it again next month. We can not give refunds for exchanges, so you will still have access to the data through the end of the month even if you set it to Deactivate.
