You need to go through the "Automatic Payments with Stripe" process and first remove your old card and then go through it again and add the new card. You can access the Automatic Payments section at the bottom of this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit We are not sure what you are referring to in terms of "WITHOUT adding more payments". You should not get charged for anything unless your account is in need of funds.
