John,
I don't look at eth as much as btc. I flipped to chartbook and looked at charts, then I realised nothing was moving or updating. I closed the chartbook and reopened it. And as you see just went to symbol and called up a dom. NOTHING. What is wrong, what do I do? BTC perp is fine.

thank you, but help!

We opened a chart for that symbol and we are seeing updates. It is not heavily traded, approximately 30-40 trades per minute. But it is currently working for us. Let us know if you are still having a problem.

rut ro, something deffo wrong here. Eth just stopped again. You know I close the chartbook, and then SC and restarted. I was fine. I now look at it and it's dead as a doornail...

what do you think is wrong? Is the chartbook corrupt? every chart, everything is dead...

Again, we are not seeing any issues on our end. Unfortunately the Crypto data tends to have these kind of issues. There is nothing we can do about it.
