I have had Sierra Chart data feed + US Equities exchange. It appears that data feed and exchange is no longer available? So I have switched to Denali + NASDAQ Totalview and once again am only getting about 1/3 of total volume. How can I get the Sierra data feed with US Equities exchange again?

We will be having the consolidated tape by the end of this month for the NASDAQ TotalView.

If you are unable to reactivate Sierra Chart data feed I would like a refund for the US Equities exchange that I paid for.

Can you also cancel and refund NASDAQ TotalView to my account? I just can't use that data feed to trade with because volume is so off....guess I'll have to wait for the new equities data feed. Thanks

Yes, it is active. If you do not want it to renew next month, then you will want to "Deactivate" it sometime before the end of the month. When you "Deactivate" it, you are not cancelling it, you are just setting it to not automatically renew.
