Order Fills Showing incorrect orders - Some left over from last week and now show a short

Hi, using SC with Rithmic and having strange order fills showing. (title should have said "not show a short".

Every morning for the past week I've had an order filled which is not existing. This happens when I place my first order of the day. This AM is shows a long from Wednesday 3/28 was filled wile none existed. I've Cancel All many times.

Also, I took a short this AM which is not showing (see red line I placed).

It is showing the subsequent long I took after.

This is a prop account with Rithmic and Righmic is calculating my order fills correctly.

It sounds like you are missing an order fill somewhere. Refer to the following:

Thank you for the quick response. This problem exists only on the chart as far as I can tell and not in the trade activity data.

For today's Trade Activity there are only 4 entries for the orders placed today, and not the closing of the long position from Wednesday.

"Filter Initial Fills Part of Existing Position" in Chart Settings has been enabled for some time and this is a new problem as of last week. I was hoping that upgrading to version 2488 would fix this but it continues.

This does not seem to be a problem in SIM.

I made a copy of the chart and its not having the same problems so issue resolved.

Well its happening again. Today there was a hanging order from 4/3/23 which shows up at -89pts NQ.

Is there another solution you can suggest?
