We are not fully understanding what you want to do and what you are having an issue with. You are currently setup to get real-time data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes During this month, we will be making the consolidated tape available with the NASDAQ TotalView data. If you are wanting the U.S. Equities exchange that is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, then we will have to activate that for you. Please let us know for sure. 1.nasaq total view doesnt give me all the data/volume i need as i get from my broker(and because of that i cant use your number bar study)... yes, please active me the us equities exchange. |

Sorry, but we are not able to activate the U.S. Equities exchange any further. You will need to wait for the NASDAQ TotalView data to have the consolidated tape, which we are hoping will be next week.

how can i get all the data/VOLUME i need for number bar study? i pay for 11 - Evaluate Highest Available Service Package which include number bar study, but i cant get it as i need ??? for example: "TSLA" stock with full volume and data untill now i got with U.S. Equities exchange, today with "TSLA NQTV" i cant get the same volume (it much less). tell me whast i need to do to get the same volume as in the past as i get on my broker? how can i get the all data for number bar study? regards. |

You just have to give us a week or two to get the consolidated tape done for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange.

i dont realy understand. you tell me that in two weeks i will get the full volume for TSLA from the TSLA-NQTV chart or that i will get back the real-time data for TSLA chart? (untill now i got the full volume only if i added the TSLA chart(and not the TSLA-NQTV chart)) regards. |

What we were saying is that we would have the full volume for TSLA-NQTV available in about two weeks. But, it looks like things may be pushing out, so our apologies for all of this, and we can activate the U.S. Equities exchange for you on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Let us know if you want us to do this for you and we will go ahead and take care of it. Just make sure that you have $10.50 in your Services Surplus to pay for the exchange. We have activated the U.S. Equities exchange for you. You do also have to pay the $25.00 connection fee, but you already had this active, so you did not need to renew it. We can not say what the plan is for next month at this time. We hope to have the consolidated tape work done, in which case, you will not need to do anything but get switched over. Otherwise, if things push out, then you will want to ensure you have enough funds in your account ($35.50) to renew the exchange and connection fee.
