hello, i renewed my real time data and platform fees on friday march 31,and i have an error message at SC platform opening: "CONNECTION ERROR MESSAGE FROM SERVICE CQG WEBAPI LOGON UNSUCCESFUL SERVER MESSAGE.YOUR LOGON IS DISABLED CONTACT YOUR FCM DATA TIME 2023-04-01 08:12:06" please could you help me ? |
