CFE data. Vix symbol- Paying for data and all agreements signed & accepted- No vix.

Title says it. I am paying for CFE depth, all agreements signed, and accepted. Account verified. but VIX symbol still wont load an intraday chart. Only thing I can get up on a chart is Vix futures. what or how should I proceed?

The VIX cash index is no longer available from us. You will have to use the best option from what we are going to be making available. Thank you for activating the service. I have updated the (Symbol Settings > Update From Server) as well as confirmed that "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". When I create a new Intraday Chart with symbol "VOLQ-NQGI", I receive the attached error. Is another setting or symbol required? Also, when will VIX for S&P 500 Global Indexes be available? Thank you
