Help with market data multiple instances.

I've been running this way for weeks with no issues until today. Configuration is as follows: 1 machine with 2 instances: 1 instance API to Interactive Brokers, 1 instance Rithmic connection. 2nd machine with 1 instance: Teton connection. I even purchased the additional instance connection for 4 total (which I should not need) - and there are connections problems today. Any advice? Can you give guidance on what data arrangement I need to sold this? Add accounts are active and paid. |

You are only setup to have 1 computer connection for your Denali Exchange Data Feed. So whichever computer connects first will get the data and the other will not. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously And also see the setting that controls this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just be aware, you do not want to change this today, as you will pay the full exchange fees again just for the remainder of today (exchange fees work on a calendar month basis). So you will want to wait until tomorrow (or Monday) before changing this to 2 systems. Also, the additional system you activated (to have 4 in total) is not what you needed. You are only using 2 computers and you are allowed up to 3 for Sierra Chart itself (note the exchanges work differently, per the above). We turned off the additional system and credited the amount back to your account.
