I have tried to follow the directions in the documentation several times. I called Advantage/Stage 5 and they don't seem to know what I'm talking about. This shouldn't be so damn hard.

We are not fully understanding.

If you have an account with Advantage/Stage 5 and you are setup to use the Teton Order Routing Service, then go through the Setup Instructions at the following link starting at step #7:

What does set up to use the Teton Order Routing Service mean? I was already using SC with my account Advantage/Stage 5. What else do I have to do? I believe my clearing firm is Dorman actually, but I've tried both and neither works.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
