Apex Trader Funding multiple accounts

Hello, I got logged into my original Apex trader funding account. I logged in through rithmic under APEX-xxxxx (my given account number). Now I signed up for a second account, but I am not sure how to log into that one specifically and differentiate which account I am trading with through Sierra Chart. When I got another account, they gave me an account ID of APEX-xxxxx-02, but when I use that to try to log into Sierra Chart, it is not connecting. They told me I would need to contact Sierra Chart regarding this. Please advise on how to use my second account.

If they did not give you another set of Rithmic credentials, then both accounts would be available through the one login. In which case, you would change the account your are trading for any given chart through the Trade Window. Refer to the information here: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) On the other hand, if you do have a second set of credentials to login to your second Rithmic account, then we recommend setting up a second Sierra Chart installation, such that you will have one that connects and trades account "APEX-xxxxx" and then the other Sierra Chart will connect and trade account "APEX-xxxxx-02".
