Sliding the mouse in the crosshair state will make the price and time disappear I have a rather troublesome problem. you can see the attachment In the first picture, when I switch the mouse arrow to a crosshair, the price on the right side of the chart, the time below the chart and the values above the icon will all turn white The second picture, when I use the crosshair, the active label value below the crosshair is black, how can I set it? ? This is an issue when using OpenGL on certain graphics cards like AMD. Are you using an AMD graphics card? Have you tried updating the driver. For now disable the use of OpenGL in Global Settings >> Graphics Settings and restarting Sierra Chart. We have tried to reproduce this but could not but we will look again. Thanks for your reply, yes I use an AMD graphics card, I checked OpenGL and it's always disabled, how can I go ahead and try something more? ? Thanks

I found out that even the normal mouse arrow slide it will keep appearing in this situation in the attachment, I don't know what to do

OpenGL is disabled? We have never heard about a problem like this, without OpenGL.
