Hello, I have recently signed up with Apex Trader Funding and am having a hard time connecting to them with Sierra Chart. They told me I need to contact you guys for support. I got a Rithmic account through AMP futures and am able to log in with Rithmic through AMP, but when I put in my Apex rithmic credentials, it is not logging on. I do remember reading somewhere that it has to be an older version of Sierra Chart for Apex credentials to work, but I cannot find that article anywhere now. So not sure if that's what it is, since I have the latest version of Sierra Chart. Please advise to what I am doing wrong so I can connect to my account. |

Just confirmed with APEX, they said everything with Rithmic looks good on their end, and it is something with Sierra Chart. The Service Connection Error I am getting is: "Connection error message from service: Rithmic Direct - DTC Logon error recieved from server: Permission denied. Date-Time: 2023-03-24 18:36:19"

For Apex, after selecting Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading] in the current selected service (list), make sure to select "Apex-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated". It is further down the list.
