Hi,
I just renewed my access that had expired and changed it to package 10 but the system is showing that I don't have a current license. The username is poldie.

We gave you 15 days of Package 10 on March 21, 2023. April 5, 2023 is then the end of those 15 days.

At that time, your account will be debited the $36.00 in your Services Surplus in exchange for 31 days of package 10.

Right now, the $36.00 is sitting in your account under the "Services Surplus".

On April 5, when your trial time ends, we will debit the $36.00 from your Services Surplus in exchange for 31 days of Package 10 (Sierra Chart Usage Time works on a 31 day cycle, even though we refer to it as 1 month).

The above will automatically each month as long as you have enough funds in your account.
