Dear Sierra chart, I am wondering if you could please help me out? I started using your platform about 1 month ago, when the contracts rolled over on Thursday/Friday, all my charts have been messed up. I tried to load fresh new charts again, but I had no success, I am missing TPO charts after December 2022, and a lot of other issues. Can you please help me out somehow? I honestly don't know what to do..... I am willing to pay for your time if required, although I imagine you guys are very busy. Many Thanks, F. |

It sounds like you are wanting to go further back in time than the current contract. To do this, you need to setup a Continuous Futures Contract chart. You should have an option to run the software anyway. Check at the bottom of the message for something that states this, or perhaps "Advanced Options" where you will want to allow it to run.
