I'm trying to save the parallel lines drawing tools with the Extend Forward setting under TC1 to make it default, but it refuses to save that setting.

Use the Parallel Rays drawing type instead. Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Parallel Rays For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

So what's the point of offering a Parallel lines tool with an Extend Forward setting if you must use the Parallel Rays? This is a usability issue.

When you set the "Extend Forward" option on the Parallel Lines, you are changing them to Parallel Rays.

Not being able to save the "Extend Forward" option as default is the issue and is not intuitive. This issue breaks the Consistency principle in Usability Engineering since it is inconsistent with the ability to save settings as default that is allowed in other drawing tools and also breaks the Feedback principle since there is no feedback as to why the "Extend Forward" option would not save as default.
