Hi I have activated "CME non-professional top-of-book" and completed all the required agreements as non-professional trading account. I am still receiving delayed data for CME. I have also tried to Verify the funded trading account with IB but not having much luck. The message log shows "Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' for account management. | 2023-03-15 21:08:17.080 * " every time I try and verify the funded trading account. Any help appreciated. Thank you. |

This is because you are on a trial. During the trial, you can not connect to an external trading service. We have changed your account to be on Package 12 for the remainder of your trial time. You can now connect to Interactive Brokers to verify your non-professional status and then get the real-time data.
