hi,

multi trade is a probleme gerneraly for me in sierra chart , not be able to open a long in 1 min chart if a long term short is open make no sens , you will tell me it's the same to reduce the short position than open a long , but it's absolutely not the case when you try to manage your stop loss and target, and when you analyse your result.

So it's the case , but even if you open different trade in the same direction it's so complicated to manage your position. My probleme is , i m using spreadsheed study , I Know my level where take profit where is the stop. I m using trade management by study, so it's seems that only one trade management by study is supposed to manage all position and I have to use the NEAREST setting. so we have to tinked a systeme to calculate the tp and stop for the last opened order but still save the tp and stop of the olders opened trades to use them when the last one gona be closed.

So I did it and it's working more or less well exepted in one situation. if I open a first long with his target and stop and i open a second long with an entry price lower than the first one but a take profit nearest of the first one. in this case the nearst TP is the the second one but the nearest entry is the first one , and it gonna take profit at the good level but whith the first open trade quantity. (see picture)

This gymnastic is so complicated and so inneficient so maybe there is something i m not aware.

Why dont give us the ability to manage all trade separatly in the spreadsheet , with a list of trade and be able to fill a cell for the tp and stop level ?(WITH the ability to have long and short trade in the same time)

Sierra is a great plateform i dont want to looks toO disapointed , So how i can i manage to be sure that the good quantity gonna be close , the NEAREST setting is it the only one way to manage several trade ?

i use well first in first out fill matching , in this case the setting for the TMS who sould work sould be LATEST not NEAREST. because i always want to close the quantity of my last trade in first and it is not automaticaly the nearest.

We do not see a question in this. Just requests for changes to how things currently work.

Are you tried using the Scale Out option with it set to "Furthest Orders"? Refer to the following:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Scale Out (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Scale In/Out)

yes i didn't changed this setting it's on "furthest" ,

I suppose that the issu come from the fact that my first long is higher than the second one and then nearest of the Target, this is why the soft get out with the first one quantity, but not sure.

That is the only option to control which one gets taken out. You would have to adjust it to Nearest/Furthest based on the particular trade needs.

And be sure that the option is enabled, refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Menu >> Orders >> Support Scale Out (chart specific)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
