Denali data feed still doesn't work even if I have an edgeclear/iron beam account.

https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1678806194101.png I am using a Rithmic account to trade. I tried to load historical data on my live Ironbeam account and it works fine. However, when I switch back to Rithmic connection using Denali Data Feed for historical data it just doesn't work. Please advise. |

Activate the exchange that you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Wait 3 minutes and reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers After that is done: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". ok. I just finished all the steps but I wonder what's the best settings. I would leave the "Historical Data" blank to use Denali data feed or "Market Data" blank as well?

If you are not getting any data from Rithmic (that is, that you are getting all the data you need from our Denali Exchange Data Feed) then it does not matter what you enter for the data connections on the Data/Trade Service Settings window. If, however, you are going to be getting some data from Rithmic, such as B3 or Toronto Stock Exchange, then you will need to fill in the options in order to get those specific data from Rithmic, while getting the CME Group from the Denali Exchange Data feed.
