Hi Guys,

I have set trade alerts for New Orders etc (Global Settings > General Trade Settings > Notifications) but they won't play.

I tried the Troublingshooting for Alert Sounds That Do Play page on the support board but that looks to be more chart related alerts, or at least my trade alerts weren't recording in there anyways.

Any ideas?

The process is the same for troubleshooting. Setup a situation where you should get the alert and see what happens. Check the Alert Manager to see if the information is in there as to why it would have worked or not worked.

Are you using the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts? You would get an alert for each account since they are each getting the orders.
