Problem with background afer duplicating

Hi, after duplicating a chart in the same chartbook and changing the bar period the background color goes completly nuts. Sometimes it even changes further just upon scrolling in the chart. What goes wrong here? |

I should add, that this only applies to the "inner part" of the chart, see attached

Do you have a study that is setup to change the background, like the Color Background Based on Alert Condition, or the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition that is set to the Background? Another item to check is whether you are using OpenGL or not. Toggle the setting for Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other >> Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics. Change the setting to the opposite of what you have and then restart Sierra Chart and see if it makes any difference. Refer to the information for this here: Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other) Apart from the above, the only thing we can think is that it is an Operating System issue. Be sure to reboot your computer and then restart Sierra Chart and see if the problem persists.
