Hello Team, I am unable to fill in symbols in my QuoteBoard. I type the symbol in the symbol field but it is not captured Please support. Thank you |

This is because you were on a limited trial. We have set your account to be an "Activated Trial". You should be fine now. Just keep in mind that you are getting Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView, so the quotes will be 10-15 minutes behind the actual market.
