chartbook not downloading new data

ok so only 1 of my 5 chartbooks (ES) is not downloading new data.. i can see the price moving up and down on the right hand side, but the bars and stuff arent showing up.. all my other charts are working like normal. ive tried disconnecting and reconnecting data feed, reload and recalculate, translate symbols to current service, delete all data and download, turning it all off and restarting computer and sierrachart.. and NOTHING gets my chart to reload the data up to current date... |

You might try this: On your chart, right-click on the price ladder and left-click "Reset" |

that didnt work, but i tried to just download the next month /es contract and it was up to date so then i changed back to the contract i was originally on and now its loading fine.. so strange i should have known to try that |
