Hello, I'm sorry but I asked AMP clearing and they told me to ask to Sierra support. Today I traded ZSEK23, ZMEK23 and ZLEK23 symbol by the platform. For the first two my profit/loss showed on the trade activity log is totally correct. For the ZLEK23 instead I have a position ongoing at the moment but an hystorical DPL of -24$, as I can see on my trading orders window. But the trade activity log shows me that I had a loss of -408$ for today! How's that possible?? AMP confirmed me, as they can see on their trade desk, that I have taken 5 trades for today (-18$,-132$,-126$,-24$,-108$), but this is totally uncorrect with the trades I took on the platform!!! I hope you can see and compare that. How can be possible??? Thank you |

And more, from the beginning of my activity I can see on my Trade Activity Log that I had a loss of -354$ in total. Otherwise, from the Trade Account Balance window I can see a loss greater then expected (about 540$). Why? Sorry about that but I have to understand Thank you |

I don't know if my screenshot attached will arrive to you, but if you have the possibility to compare my trade activity log of the day 03-07 (that match perfectly the trades I took) with that one of the day 03-08 (totally wrong) you can see in this second day that all my trades have been reverted (short/long)... that is beacause the result is a final loss of 255$ and not a gain instead. Please check. Sorry for that... I'll be waiting for a reply. Thank you |

Thi is not the problem. I've already checked this settings and everything is fine. Please look my screenshot. I have just closed a trade right now. I entered yesterday at 59.38 on ZLEK and closed now at 59.37 with a loss of 6$. Well, as you can see from the first image the trade is not closed at all but it's running and further more with a profit/loss in opposite to my trade entry. It's totally crazy. And this keep going until I open another trade that it will be not an entry of another trade but the exit of this one that is running that I've already closed instead! Please check my second screenshot: it shows an entry price at 59.37, but this should be the exit of the previous one! Pleas check and tell me what it's wrong. I'm going crazy. Thank you.

I'm sorry but check also this Trades Offset image. It shows a total loss of 255.50$. ZMEK and ZSEK positions are correct, but about ZLEK is totally uncorrect! Never took that positions on that symbol. My entries/exits are totally mixed up, like reverted, leading that kind of losses I've never taken, as it was showing on the trade window of the platform. Please check.

Please, I'm still waiting an answer. I'm in contact with AMP clearing as well asking me news from you. About all this mistakes about my trades on ZLEK23. The Trade Activity log does not match at all my operativity. I never have got this losses through my trades on this symbol. Losses that appear accordingly on the AMP Daily Statements. I don't know if the first overnight position of the 2023/03/07 could had caused that somehow. Please read all my issues and let me know. Thank you again. I'll be waiting for a kind reply. Regards |

Unless you understand, how the Trade Activity Log tabs work and configure them properly and make sure you have no missing order fills, they will provide erroneous information! You cannot rely upon them without a full understanding of how they work. Well, I admit that everything is clear and I promise this is my last issue. I use to take overnights positions and I want to be sure to don't make mistakes anymore. My settings about Session Time: (Time Zone New York) Session Start Time 18:00:00 Session End Time 17:00:00 Use Evening Session No My settings about Trading: Order Fills Start Date/Time 00:00:00 Open Position Average Price: Use First in First Out Fill Matching for Open Position Average Price So, as I don't understand the english language well, I'm asking to you if I have to modify the "Open Position Average Price" and in case of that to what, or what else, in order to open/close the trade through more then one single day avoiding issues with my Statements as well.
