Hello, I have 3 systems and the Account control panel shows "3 out of 3" systems being used. However, only 2 out of 3 have data and I purchased the Denali data that I pay at the beginning of the month. Please advise on what to do. Thank you, Profit Stalker |

You are allowed to have 3 simultaneous Sierra Charts running on different computers. But the exchange rules are different and you are only allowed to get data to 2 different computers at the same time when you have set the option to do so and have paid the extra exchange fee(s) - which you have done. You can not get the data to 3 different computers at the same time as a non-professional. You would have to get the data directly from the CME Group in order to do this. Two Questions: 1. Since I am using CQG data on 1 of my systems from my broker; would I still have 2 different systems for my Denali data? 2. Can I purchase data for other systems? |

1. You can not be using CQG data on one of the computers, as we do not support CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. This would be why you are getting all 3 as trying to connect to the Denali feed. 2. We are not sure what you mean by this. 1. I have an account with KwikTrading LLC and I log onto my account with them thru Sierra Charts and trade from the charts systems? 2. Can I purchase data for 4 systems from Denali? |

1. You are able to trade with CQG, but you are not able to bring in the data. We do not support the data. We do support trading with CQG. 2. No. You can only have data going to a maximum of 2 systems. This is the rule from the exchanges.
