Hi Admins, Can you add a Study Profile from another study (= SierraChart's study or Custom's study or spreadsheet study). This new Study Profile needs to act like a Volume by Price study but needs to use values from another study in witch we can choose what datas are considering as volume and what datas are considering as price, assuming the fact that this new Study Profile needs to use price's datas and volume's datas with negatives values or positives values or both. This Study Profile can be placed on the left or on the right of a chart in any chart region (keeping same setting's as the actual Volume by Price study should be nice even keeping Value Areas, extensions of VA, ...). Can you also add this new feature into the Acsil's functions. Regards. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-06-15 13:08:58

This is well beyond something we would add. You will have to custom program this yourself. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. We apologize for the delay with responding. The reason this is very difficult for us to do is because this is very different than how the Volume at Price data is currently implemented. Basically you would need to determine your own volume at price data and store it and create volume bars. Using the ACSIL tool functions you can draw rectangles on the chart which represent volume bars: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_DLLTools.html We really cannot provide much more help than this.
