Everything on your account shows that you should not be having an issue. The first thing to do is to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. If you recently changed your service settings, then you may not have the correct symbols. If that does not solve it, then we will need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I am not receiving the full number of Market Depth Level. Instead of level 100 I have only 1.I check message log and at 15:24:38.191 I can see CQG WebAPI Requesting market depth update for F.US MYMH25 if supported, Num Levels=100. Requesting market data including full depth for F.US.MYMH25.

You do not have any exchanges active with us at this time. And we do not support data from CQG for The CME Group and EUREX, so you should not be getting any data at all at this point. You had the "CBOT with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" but it did not renew on January 1, 2025 due to insufficient funds in your account on that day.
