CancelAll button background does not work like Flatten/Reverse. Intentional?

Hi Sierra, Is it intentional that the CancelAll button background only surrounds the Text and not the complete button? See attached image. |

In this case, the Cancel All is "inactive". This is because you do not have any working orders to cancel (or you have set the button to always be inactive). Once you have working orders on your chart, the Cancel All should be completely colored. I see that now. So related question is why doesn't the Flatten button work that same way if there are no positions to "Flatten"? Same could be said for Reverse. When flat, Reverse doesn't seem to apply either.
