Trouble with alert sounds for Spreadsheet System for Trading

Here's my situation: 1. In the General Settings window, I have assigned a sound file to Alert 100 on the Alerts tab. 2. In the Spreadsheet System for Trading study, I have Column K Alert set to Alert 100. On the Alerts tab for this study, the boxes for "Eneabled" and "Alert Only Once per Bar" are checked. 3. I have a formula in column K which evaluates to TRUE several times each day and outputs a value of 1 in column K. 4. The arrows I have set for SG1 (column K) plots properly on the chart when column K evaluates as TRUE. 5. No alert sound ever plays when column K evaluates as TRUE and nothing shows up in my Alerts Log. I have read the help docs below but I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any andvice would be appreciated. One last thing in case there's any relevance... I have 6 charts in my chartbook, all of which have a Spreadsheet System for Trading study applied. Each of the 6 studies is using it's own sheet within a common spreadsheet file. All 6 instances of the Spreadsheet System for Trading study are functioning as described above (i.e. all good except no sound alerts being triggered). |

The alerts for columns K, L, M, and N will only sound when you are sending a trade.
