Yes, the first month of the Non-Professional exchanges is free for the CME Group. But you still have to qualify as a Non-Professional in order to be able to get the data.

Regarding "For non-professionals it requires future acc, how can I create does I need to have + balance?" >> This situation comes up all the time now: there are Brokers that will open up small Futures Trading Accounts just to help people with this issue, just to help people with the requirement of having a Futures Trading Account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional.
