Doesnt Pckg 11 include ES/NQ data? Why pay the additional 11.50?

Hello, I am opening this ticket to receive clarity on exchange fees. I currently have Sierra Charts Package 11 (paying $46 a month). From what I have read online, it states that real time data for futures is included in this package. It seems that last month I was paying $11.50 to receive futures data unnecessarily, as this should be included in my package. Can you please clarify this for me. I currently am receiving delayed data, making it untradeable. Thank you |

Please let us know where you have seen this statement - "it states that real time data for futures is included". We are very careful about this and if we have something like that in our documentation, then we will change it.
