Good morning.. I am paying and receiving Real Time Data for ES (S&p500 futures) on CME exchange, however only delayed data for other CME contracts CLJ23_FUT_CME (Crude Oil) and ZTM23_FUT_CME (T-Notes). Please see attached foto. Thanks in advance for your help & support. |

The exchange you have activated is the following: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts This is just the CME exchange, not the full CME Group. To get data for other exchanges within the CME Group you need to change (or add) other exchanges. You can do this from at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated. So if you activate an exchange today (February 28, 2023) you will pay the full amount for the exchange just to get the data for today. Then you will pay again on March 1, 2023 to get the data for March. Therefore, we recommend waiting until tomorrow before activating any new exchanges. If you are going to discontinue your current exchange, then you will want to be sure to "Deactivate" the exchange today. You will still get the data through the remainder of the day - this just sets the exchange to not automatically renew on the first day of the next month.
