I am not getting live feed data, I am connected but something is stopping the feed, please help me. I think that I updated and paid for all of my services maybe I missed something or maybe it is my settings. I have researched it and re-download my software three times. still not getting streaming live feed data

You have activated non-professional exchanges for the CME Group. In order to qualify as a non-professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software for verification. Refer to the following for more information:

You also need to enter the trading account information on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement in order for that agreement to be accepted. Please redo the Agreements at the following link:
