Live Order Fills Adjustment?

I currently have an account with Apex. I was trading live this morning and my wi-fi went out. At the time it happened I was short 3 contracts. I went onto the Apex website (on my phone) and flattened my position. Now the wi-fi is back and it shows that I'm flat but there is no record of me flattening my position and buying back the 3 contracts. I use the 'trading:position quantity' study and it is showing -3 even though the trade window says that I'm flat. Basically the order fills are all screwed up now. How can I reset it? Can I create an order fill to flatten my position so that everything is back in balance?

Please advise. Thank you.
