Bot and Sold Volumes are 10,000 larger than expected.

Hello, for symbol BNBBUSD-BINANCE, the bot shows 10,000 when it should show 1, and Sold shows 2,3000 instead of 0,23 for example. I have changed , in Chart -> Chart Settings -> Volume / Open Interest Multipler , and Volume Value Format (List) from 1 to 1/10000, and it does work, but only for the Time and Sales window, and for the Trading Volume column on the left, but the Bot and Sold still shows 10,000 multipled values. Please can you advise how to get this to show correct Bot and Sold values? I have sent the Log for Review, from the application, today. thanks. |

Hello, Thank you. I have read the article that you included and took the necessary steps. However, my understanding is that the article refers to Studies for Crypto with small prices. But the issue I have is just with the "Recent Bid Volume" and "Recent Ask Volume" Columns of the Trading DOM Chart, and the price is 300 Euros. I have no issue with the study. The "Bot" and "Sold" volumes are 10.000 x larger. I have tried all the multipliers, still no luck. Any suggestion, please? (Unless, the recent ask (bot) and recent bid (sold) volume, must be seen as 10.000 times they real values. I have sent the log. Thanks. |
