USDX - TPO and Volume profile

Dear Sierra Charts, I am wondering if could please give me a hand with something? In order to correlate markets, I am trying to create a TPO and volume profile chart for USDX. As soon as I add the TPO to the chart, the USDX chart becomes very...lagging and the TPO charts seems to be very high detail. Also when I add the volume by price study to same chart, I only get a few lines on the screen with the volume by price study not appearing on the chart at all. I am wondering if you would be able to please give me some advice as to what I could change to get the charts to appear and not be lagging, for instance if I try to move the chart, it will take a few seconds for the window to move. Your help in would be much appreciated. Thank you! |

The main issue is that you have a dense amount of data, which is why the system is not as responsive. To fix this, change the Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks to a larger value. Refer to the information here: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks We think this will also resolve your VbP issue, as we think that may be related to the coloring and how the lines overlap. When you increase the Price Increment in Ticks, you will be able to better view the information. We also recommend increasing the Tick Size setting in Chart Settings to something like .1
