I'm having trouble connecting to my Apex Trading/Rithmic account, I know support is said to be minimal on this but I have been told by Apex to try reaching out so here I am.
I've seen others that are able to connect theirs with out any issue so I wasn't sure if I was just doing something incorrect, I've went through the Connection Guide multiple times.
