I'm having a hard time getting my real time data activated to sierra chart. My CQG data is through RJO and they have enabled it as of February 13th. What do I need to do to get it activated in Sierra chart? What information do you need from me to help?

We do not support data from CQG for the CME Group or EUREX. So you will have to get this data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But we do not see that you are connecting to your CQG account.
